My name is John Biera. This is my story… so far. I was born in San Angelo in 2000 and raised by my mom in Irving, Texas. I moved back to San Angelo when I was nineteen to pursue higher education. Two years passed, and I was blessed with the opportunity to serve tables full time at Cork & Pig. Truthfully, I loved being a part of that culture and making connections with diners. A year or so later, during a lunch shift, I had a conversation about a career in real estate that changed my life. It's now August of the following year; I am twenty-two years old, and I am a licensed agent with Coldwell Banker Legacy. Present day, I am twenty-five years old. I have been inducted into the Coldwell Banker International Sterling Society three years in a row. I have been awarded by the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP) and recognized as number thirteen out of 250 rookie Latino agents nationwide for transaction volume. Locally, I've been voted San Angelo's Platinum Real Estate Agent by the community. For three years, I have practiced real estate at the highest level, and will continue for the rest of my life. Confidence in my business is not rooted in commissions, transaction volumes, or awards; rather, the overwhelming satisfaction and success stories from my clients and now friends. I take my career and fiduciary duty to my clients very seriously. I am constantly driven to learn and discover new practices. What fuels me to be the best I can in this profession is my faith, which has blessed me with this opportunity but, more importantly, has given me my family. I am a husband and a father, and the love, support, and encouragement of my wife and daughter is the foundation for being the best I can be every day. No matter what your real estate goals are, you deserve an expert who takes those goals seriously and will provide exceptional results. I look forward to the opportunity of earning your trust.
